A man is suing M&S for £300,000 after he fell head over arse in their carpark….
… and found a grape on his shoe. He presumes he stepped on it in the shop or car park which is probably a safe assumption to make.
BUT.
£300,000 for a torn tendon? Is it really that bad? He’s suing for ‘loss of confidence as well’. Poor bubby.
It reminds me of the $67 million pants story last year where a judge went loopers and sued his local dry cleaners for £67 million dollahs for a lost pair of pants which they claim he didn’t even lose in the first place. Nutjob.
