Ok, I hate the term workout, but it seems to summarize the actual activity of flailing my arms and legs about wildly for 40 minutes and/or ’til my face turns purple.  I’m kidding, really I look like the girls in Eric Prydz’s Call on Me video. I even have the matching leg warmers to prove it.  Maybe.

Anyhoo, here’s a list of what I have been mostly flailing about this week, just to prove what quirky messed up taste in music I have.  Like you didn’t know already.

1. Britney Spears – Trouble

2. Britney Spears –  Toxic

3. Justin Trousersnake – Sexy Back

4. Donna Summer – Hot Stuff

5. The Mock Turtles (Fat Boy Slim Remix) – Can You Dig It

6. The Killers – All These Things that I’ve Done

7. S Club 7 – Reach for the Stars

8. Nelly Furtado – Maneater

9. Kanye West – Gold Digger

10. The Killers – When You Were Young

11. Passion Pit – Sleepyhead

12. Tina Turner – Simply the Best

Dude. S Club?

I find Girls Aloud songs and House of Pain help me motor along when I’m walking home from work. Jump around!

Yesh. Just that song only though. It’s a very long story.

Girls Aloud are great for that but I’ve been listening to them loads lately, needed to take a break!

I was in a gym the other day for the first time, so what would you recommend, the sitty down bike thing, or the standy up bike thing?

Comment by raptureponies

Erm.. I’ve never been to a gym in my life, I think I’m allergic.

I have a stepper thingy at home in my room which I bounce on for awhile with weights in my hands. You can adjust it so it’s much tougher. God forbid anyone should actually see me on the yoke.

Jaysus S club?? There’s no excuse!

I hate the gym, give me a pavement to pound any day. Or my wii, my arms are still sore after the weekend playing raving rabbids.

perfect exercise selection- almost enough to motivate me to join a gym.

That was pretty much my workout selection (with some Justice, Kylie & Daft Punk mixed in) untill I moved to a city with appalingly expensive gym fees. Would do the whole “home workout” thing but fear the third floor of a building from 1835 would not be able to withstand the impact of an Irish lady bouncing around 🙂
