I am without internet at the moment. Well obviously not right now seeing as I’m on it as I type this but in general, my internet access has been curtailed due to the unfortunate untimely un-noying death of my laptop charger. *crysies*
I should have seen it coming.
It had been chirping happily away like an orchestra of crickets the past week – normally a healthy sign except for the fact that it had never made any noise before, crickety or otherwise. The happy noise got louder and louder as it sucked all the life from my laptop until finally I was left with the black screen of death. Balls.
My lovely new LG Renoir has wifi and lots of fancy gadgetry type things but it’s just not the same. I need at least a 14 inch screen before I can contemplate browsing the internet properly. Two and half inches is far too fiddly. And Heat World won’t load properly on my mobile screen which means I’m properly fecked in terms of gossip. What will I talk to my friends about now?!
I’m marching into Dundrum tomorrow to demand a new charger for free or else.
Or else, I’ll give them the money for a new one. Double balls 😦
